- Can I return the goods I received?Unopened items returned to Alyaka within 28 days of receipt will be refunded if they are in their original resalable condition. Certain items, such as mascaras, eyeliners, lip balms, lip glosses, deodorants, and intimate products, are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns unless they are still unopened or are defective.
