Its unique formula is based on an exclusive active ingredient: the natural oily extract of Centella Asiatica, Cosmetics 27's signature plant. The oily extract of Centella Asiatica and Macadamia oil (the virtually unique source of palmitoleic acid-essential fatty acid) act as anti-aging and antioxidant ingredients. Sesame oil, very rich in tocopherol (vitamin E) acts as an antioxidant, protecting the skin against free radicals. Safflower oil, Hibiscus seed virgin oil and Echium oil contain essential fatty acids (Omega 6 and Omega 3), key elements of the skin's bi-lipidic layer. They contribute to reinforcing the skin barrier and limit transepidermal water loss. To illuminate and enhance the complexion, the oily extract of carrot provides beta-carotene, a precursor of vitamin A.
