Body Oil: Add one to two pumps to your hands, rub together to warm the oil. Massage with sweeping, circular motions towards the heart. Repeat as needed. For maximum benefit, apply after a warm shower or bath on damp skin. 

 

Foot Balm: Use the spatula provided to apply a small amount to the top of the foot.Work the balm down to the toes, soles, and heels. On cracked areas or dry heels, apply more generously.Massage the legs from heel to knee. Beware, the floor may be slippery when you stand.
