Hair Renew Pre-Wash Scalp Treatment 59ml: Section wet or dry hair and apply directly to scalp, massaging in with fingertips. Leave on for at least 5 minutes then rinse. Follow with your favorite Innersense hairbath and conditioner. Can be used overnight as an intensive scalp treatment. Use 1-2 times a week for best results.

Hair Renew Daily Active Scalp Treatment 30ml: Section wet or dry hair and apply 4-6 drops directly to scalp and massage gently with fingertips or Clear Quartz Scalp Massager. Can be used daily or as a post wash treatment.
